The IBM - PC Institute came to Kandu Interactive to create a new design and training architecture for the NetFinity Tech Connect Computer Based Training (CBT) series.
Together we collaborated with the IBM team and decided it would be best to implement this utilizing the latest (at the time) internet technologies such as HTML, CGI, SQL and Flash. This was a big departure from previous versions. The previous technology approach utilized off-the-shelf CBT authoring tools and was designed to work only on CD-ROM. As a result of the successful implementation, the product was then quickly ported to the internet and became the starting point for the IBM PC Institute's Online Learning program.
Tech Connect Certification Update '99 exceeded all of IBM's quality expectations, raising the bar for the entire Tech Connect series.
