This site was built from the ground up as one of the original multi-exchange, multi-currency and multi-lingual online trading sites in Europe and the first for Luxembourg. We worked closely with the BGL, TD Waterhouse International Marketing, and the newly formed Internaxx office in helping them develop an effective yet sophisticated online presence, designed to be the offices main source of revenue, for their High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
We also designed and built a complete international news and research section that allows investors to research markets and equities from markets all over the world. By developing this section in house, we saved the Joint venture an estimated $250,000US a year in costs by not requiring the office to outsource this project to a market research provider.
I directed the Visual Design Group's artists and developers and worked closely with the translation vendors, systems architecture and systems engineering. My responsibility was to supervise the team and assure that the quality of work remained at the highest standards possible throughout the project and to also make sure deadlines were met at all times.
We continue to maintain the site and trading application.
